Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel has a charming atmosphere with a friendly staff who truly go above and beyond, particularly in the dining area, where the breakfast options are quite enjoyable. Despite its beautiful grounds and overall cleanliness, the aging facilities and some issues with room maintenance detract from what could be a stellar experience. Additionally, amenities like the pool need some attention to meet modern expectations.
My stay at the Marriott Griffin Gate was quite mixed. While the grounds and exterior are lovely and the staff were genuinely friendly, I was disappointed with the room cleanliness and overall upkeep of the hotel, particularly the air conditioning issues and the dining area's condition. I did appreciate the warm smiles from the breakfast staff, which added a personal touch to the experience.
My stay at the resort spa had its highs and lows. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the facilities was also impressive. However, I found the rooms to be somewhat outdated, and the dining options didn't live up to expectations regarding variety and quality. Overall, while there were positive highlights, the areas needing improvement detracted from what could have been a fantastic experience.
My stay at Griffin Gate was a mixed bag. While the hotel had some lovely outdoor spaces and clean conference facilities, I found the service to be lacking, especially during peak times. The rooms were okay but showed signs of wear and tear, which was disappointing for a hotel claiming to be a four-star resort. I appreciated the location, as it was close to downtown attractions, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was beautifully clean and offered a fantastic spa experience that I absolutely loved. The staff went above and beyond to help, even returning my daughter's toy that she had left behind. However, there were a few minor issues with the pillows taking longer than expected to arrive, and I could hear some noise from outside. Still, overall, it was a great experience for our family trip.
